Welcome Hall Mission is a non-profit organization. We collect information from you when you make a donation on-line or subscribe to our e-bulletin.
When making a donation, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
Any information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the service requested.
The email address you provide in subscribing to our e-bulletin will only be used to send you said e-bulletin on a monthly basis.
Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instruction at the bottom of each email.
2) How do we protect your information?
We have implemented a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128-bit encryption technology. Our Payment gateway providers database is only accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
An official receipt for income tax purposes will be given for gifts of $10.00 or more.
Spending of funds is confined to board approved programs and projects.
NOTE: Confidentiality and Security
Online giving - When a donation is given online, your personal information is encrypted then transferred to our database, which is password protected for security reasons and remains confidential. The Mission respects the right to privacy of its donors and holds all personal information strictly confidential. The Mission does not sell, loan, share or distribute, under any circumstance, donor information with other associations or companies. We limit access to your personal information to employees who need to come into contact with the information to provide you with a receipt for your donation and to provide you with information on The Mission. Credit card information is destroyed after use.
