Responding to the needs of the hurting and disadvantaged in Montreal!
Every year, disadvantaged Montrealers are rescued though Welcome Hall Mission's services. Tens of thousands of men, women, teenagers, children and families receive support and care through our services. What do they all have in common? POVERTY!
We offer:
60, 000 nights of shelter provided for the homeless
Our food bank helps feed more than 10,000 Montrealers every month
15 tons of food distributed every week to our 4 locations providing for 5 departments
194 131 hot meals are served and 355, 814 bags of emergency food (equivalent to more than 1, 390, 000 meals) are distributed
Our Children's Services reach out to approximately 13,000 children from some of the most disadvantaged neighbourhoods of Montreal;
A free dental clinic for those who would not be able to afford it otherwise
Thanks to you, we help disadvantaged families and even more homeless and unemployed people, street youth, new immigrants and refugees.
